Ma Yanli: Very few somebody is reach every aspect of a matter, my individual character is compared actually quiet, enter fashionable industry later, and oneself make a brand again, open a firm, learn to suit slowly. A lot of moment, I like to let my sit in house quietly, read a book, consider an issue, honest ground says, I more interest and attention force are to be on the design, management is not me is long. Fortunately, I have the team of a very harmonious solidarity, everybody is very clear to his responsibility and division of labor, let me very save worry, when I am vexed, backside also can have a powerful group to propping up me.

I feel moral character is the most important in all conditions, I like to place the face of a pair of boss not quite, the significance of I and everybody is immense also, the time that works together without giving thought to has how long, friendly feelings is OK long, the likelihood is this kind of manner, just make my group cooperates a lot of years with me, each other are trustful, understand one another. I believe all the time, person good thing is met with respect to scarcely too bad.

BAZAAR: Do you think what quality a successful fashionable dress stylist should have?

Ma Yanli: Aesthetic ability, imagination, dedicated, responsible, know psychology. The most important a few facets are inherent, after local problem can be passed, the day is coordinated hard.
